The course was launched to develop knowledge on social inclusion and competencies of various actors, and to contribute to the successful alignment of the institutional framework, policies and practical actions for poverty reduction and social inclusion with European Union standards.
The course is being implemented across the region and is intended for various users: political decision makers, public administration staff, representatives of central and local government and institutions, professional circles and the general public.
Apart from basic information, course participants are provided with a wealth of additional facts, historic examples, literature and Internet sources, and users can also take a test to assess their knowledge. A certificate is awarded for passing the test successfully. The course has been included in the training program of the Government Human Resource Management Unit.
