The goal of the project “Establishing a Centre for Project Sustainable Development, Project Designing and Implementation according to EU standards” established by the EXCHANGE program, the EU Delegation to Serbia and the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities in Serbia, was to improve the quality and efficiency of civil servants of the Lazarevac municipality and increase the capacity for local development.
Semi-structured interviews with project participants and stakeholders were conducted for the needs of the evaluation. The evaluation included the assessment of project relevance (its conceptual basis and significance) and the assessment of impact and sustainability of the project results, as well as effectiveness and efficiency of project resources in all areas of the project activity.
