Assessment of Beneficiary Satisfaction with Social Care Services in Serbia

Assessment of Beneficiary Satisfaction with Social Care Services in Serbia

The project focused on evaluation of social care services in several municipalities in Serbia, and the assessment of beneficiary satisfaction with social care services financed by the Social Innovation Fund (FSI).

The survey was carried out on a sample of 400 beneficiaries of social care. Research methodology included a standardized questionnaire and a qualitative survey consisting of in-depth interviews. The objective of the first part of research was to establish general beneficiary satisfaction rating for FSI programs, to highlight key benefits, indicate main challenges and assess whether services assist beneficiaries in solving their own social needs more independently, whenever possible. The second part of research focused in more detail on examining opinions and experiences of beneficiaries of four programs: services related to the youth empowerment process, services for children with behavioral problems, home care services for the elderly and clubs for the elderly.

The report developed on the basis of this research is available at the Social Innovation Fund website
